Math Practice:

At parent/teacher conferences a few parents asked for websites and or apps for math practice. Prodigy (https://www.prodigygame.com) is a great math website that is curriculum-aligned and offers games for students in grades 1-8. Most of the students have usernames and passwords already. Try it out!!

Spelling Practice

Third & Fourth grade students can access the weekly spelling lists using www.spellingcity.com. There are many fun games and extra practice activities for the weekly spelling lists. Just search for "Klunder" and my weekly lists will come up. Then you will be able to practice away!

Blog update

Hey there!

This year my goal is to share new websites and classroom supports through my blog. If there is something specific you are looking for please let me know. I'll do my best to find fun, engaging websites that will provide your child with fun ways to practice skills they've learned in the classroom.  One of the most important things you can do at home is read to your child. If you cannot find time to go to the library to pick out books, here is a website through our library: http://kids.mel.org/ kids can hear stories and play games. Have fun exploring!!!

Welcome back!!

Hello and welcome back!

I hope you all had a wonderful first week of school. It has been so fun watching all of the smiling faces and excitement this week. I look forward to a great year! I will be returning to work full time this year. I am frantically trying to finish schedules and get into a routine. Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions or concerns with your child's schedule or needs.
